TL’s 25th Anniversary Celebration Schedule (tentative)

This is a FREE event with optional meals and activities that come with a small cost, as noted below.

We hope you'll be able to join us!

Friday, August 6th:
1:00 – 4:30pm - Arrival/Registration (yard games, disc golf, campus walks, etc.)

5:00pm – Dinner at Main Lodge 

- cost $10 (available for the first 50 people to sign up, due to limited space)

6:30 – 9:00pm - Session #1 - Welcome Back at the Timberline Ranch
(Welcome, Weekend overview, Worship, Bible Teaching, Group Activities)

9:00 – 11:00pm – Hang-out options available

 

Saturday, August 7th:
8:30am – Breakout breakfasts
- Alumni - encouraged to make plans with your class to have breakfast together

- Past and Present STAFF - breakfast at TL's Main Lodge

- Donors – “Thank You Breakfast” hosted by our board of Directors

10:00am - 3:00pm - Optional Hike #1 (intermediate) Mt. Stanley

- cost $25 - includes: bagged lunch, transportation, and programming by Timberline Staff

10:00am - 3:00pm - Optional Hike #2 (beginner) Grand Lake/Adam's Falls
- cost $25 - includes: bagged lunch, transportation and programming by Timberline Staff

11:30am - 1:00pm - bagged lunches available in main lodge for those NOT out on activities

- cost $6 each

 

12:00 - 3:00pm - Optional Mountain Bike #1 (intermediate) Creekside/Flume Trails
- cost: $20 for bike rental (limited bikes), $15 for programming and bagged lunch

12:00 - 3:00pm - Optional Mountain Bike #2 (beginner) Northwest Passage/Washing Machine Trails
- cost: $20 for bike rental (limited bikes), $15 for programming and bagged lunch

1:00 – 4:30pm – Optional FREE, family-friendly activities for everyone on campus (activities TBD)

3:15 – 4:45pm - Vision Tour of new property, and see what’s coming for the discipleship ministry of TL (kids activities provided so adults can come and see!)

5:00 – 6:00pm - Backyard Bar-B-Q at the Barn! 

- cost: FREE! (meal provided by TL)

 

6:30 – 9:00pm – Session #2 – Main Celebration at the Timberline Ranch 
(Welcome, Roast the Directors, Worship, Vision, New Logo unveiling)
*Dessert Break*
(25 years of Ministry Documentary, Teaching, Prayer)

9:00 – 11:00pm – Free time (games, hanging out, remembering through pictures, etc.) 

 

Sunday, August 8th:
5:30 – 7:00am – Sunrise prayer walk (led by Dan Thomas, snacks and coffee provided)

7:00 - 8:30am - Cowboy Breakfast on Crooked Creek
- cost $10 each

9:00 – 11:30am – Session #3 – Church Service at Timberline Ranch
(Worship, Teaching, Vision, Commissioning)

12:00 - 2:00pm - Light snacks available at Main Lodge, Good-Byes, Departure
