Timberline Lodge’s guest ministry offers groups, families, friends, and individuals an environment and program that desires to point guests to the risen Christ and his indwelling life. Our all-inclusive mountain lodging, dining, meeting, and recreational facilities are located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Timberline is surrounded by the Arapahoe National forest and offers quick and easy access to a variety of outdoor activities. 

 

 SUMMMER PROGRAM 

What we offer:


• A camp experience tailored to your groups specific needs • Lodging in our 13 bunk style rooms, each with a private bathroom (linens and towels provided) • Three meals a day served family or buffet style (bag lunch option available) • Organization and leadership for service weeks as we partner with local churches, organizations, and families to minister to the needs of the Grand County community • Organization and leadership of outdoor adventures in the valley (rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, and backpacking) and information for booking other outfitters for additional activities • Shuttles to/from Timberline organized and led activities in the valley • Private use of our facility that features: soccer field, volleyball, half pipe, slack line, bouldering wall, fire pit, outdoor shaded amphitheater, fishing ponds, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, pool table, spike ball, corn hole, basketball and gaga ball court • Optional engaging teaching or meeting facility





Our location in the heart of the Rocky Mountains makes Timberline an ideal place to spend time exploring the many outdoor adventures Colorado has to offer. Enjoy longer days, beautiful hikes, famous mountain bike trails, green meadows, and an average temperature of 75 degrees. We offer adventure camps, service camps, or a combination of the two options. Our Program Team walks with groups through the scheduling and planning of all camps. We lead each off-site activity or service project allowing group leaders to focus on relational discipleship. We offer engaging teaching for groups who want us to lead sessions or meeting facilities for those groups who prefer to lead themselves. Our heart is to create an experience that is tailored to meet the needs of your specific group in whatever ways possible.

 

 

 WINTER PROGRAM 

Located just 20 minutes from the base of Winter Park Resort our mountain lodge offers a perfect winter retreat or spring break location for your group. With quick access to world famous skiing and snowboarding, adrenaline pumping tubing hills, the picturesque town of Winter Park, and a variety of on site winter activities, Timberline accommodates groups seeking to experience winter in the Colorado Rockies. Our Program Team walks with groups through the scheduling and planning of all retreats and spring break trips, which allows group leaders to focus on relational discipleship. Our winter season is unique in that it benefits from the resources of our current Bible School student body. The Bible School students serve alongside our Program Team helping your group both behind the scenes and also through leading optional programming. We offer engaging teaching for groups who want us to lead sessions or meeting facilities for those groups who prefer to lead themselves. Our heart is to be a camp experience that is tailored to meet the needs of your specific group in whatever ways possible.

What we offer:


• A winter retreat or spring break trip tailored to your groups specific needs • Lodging in our 6 bunk style rooms, each with a private bathroom (linens and towels provided) • 3 of our rooms feature fireplaces fully stocked with wood for your stay • Three meals a day served family or buffet style (bag lunch option available) • Optional on site programming as needed (snow games, broom ball, tubing) • Optional Team Building games and activities • Daily shuttle drop-off and pickup at the base of Winter Park Resort for ski/snowboard trips • Assistance through third party services to coordinate discounted group lift tickets, lessons, and equipment rentals • Our staff and/or students are available for hosting groups on the mountain in the mornings • Private use of our facility that features: tubing hill, ice skating, broom ball, hockey, fire pit, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, pool table, and board games. • Optional engaging teaching and worship or meeting facility for your use • January-Early March our Bible School students will assist in leading worship and program activities

Group Pricing:

$65.00 per person, per night

***Group pricing is used for anyone staying at Timberline except individuals, families,

family reunions, and family camps.

Family Pricing:

Couple: $100.00 per night

Family of 3: $130.00 per night

Family of 4: $150.00 per night

Each additional person over the age of 4: $37.50 per night 3 and under stay and eat free

Torchbearers Bible School Alumni receive a 10% discount
